1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the StockCraft app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App is For Education Only

StockCraft is an educational and informational tool, not a financial service. The App is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, lender, or tax professional. Nothing in the App constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or legal advice. You should always consult licensed professionals before making financial decisions.

3. The Stock Market Simulator

The simulator in the App uses simulated prices generated by a mathematical algorithm. These prices do not reflect actual market prices, real-time data, historical performance, or any guarantee of future performance of any real security. The simulator is provided solely to help users learn the mechanics of buying and selling stocks. Any trades made in the simulator are not real and produce no real profits, no real losses, and no taxable events.

4. No Investment Recommendations

The App may display lists of stocks, brokers, banks, credit cards, or financial products. These listings are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product. Past performance does not predict future results. All investments carry risk of loss, including total loss of principal. Options trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors.

5. Third-Party Offers and Affiliate Links

The App contains affiliate links to third-party financial products and services. StockCraft may receive compensation when you sign up for these products. StockCraft does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any third-party product, service, bonus amount, or offer terms. All offers, bonus amounts, eligibility requirements, and timelines are set by the third party and may change at any time. Always verify current terms on the provider's official website before signing up.

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for: (a) all decisions you make based on information in the App; (b) verifying the accuracy of any offer terms or financial information before acting; (c) protecting any API keys, account credentials, or other sensitive information you enter into the App; (d) complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction; and (e) the suitability of any financial product or strategy for your personal situation.

7. AI Bank Import Feature

If you use the AI Bank Import feature, you alone are responsible for: (a) the third-party AI service you choose to use; (b) any costs charged by that AI service; (c) the data you upload to that service; and (d) reviewing each AI provider's privacy policy and terms before sending any data. StockCraft does not transmit your data to any AI provider — your device does so directly using credentials you provide.

8. No Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT INFORMATION DISPLAYED IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCKCRAFT AND ITS CREATOR(S) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StockCraft and its creator(s) from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will trigger a re-acceptance prompt within the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts of that jurisdiction. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Termination

This App runs entirely on your device and stores your data locally. You may stop using it and clear your data at any time through your browser or device settings, or via the reset option in the App. We may discontinue, suspend, or modify the App or any feature at any time without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will survive.

⚠ Plain English Summary: StockCraft is a learning tool, not a financial advisor. You agree to use it for education only. The fake-money simulator is fake. Stuff we link to comes with its own rules — read them. If you lose real money, we're not on the hook. Disputes are handled in the operator's local courts. Use the App at your own risk.
