Corrections and factual errors
We publish educational content and we'd rather be accurate than confident. If something in a guide is wrong, unclear, or out of date, please tell us — include the page and what you think is incorrect, and we'll review it.
Bug reports
If something in the simulator or the tools isn't working, let us know what happened, what device and browser you were using, and what you expected to happen instead. Details genuinely speed this up.
Feature suggestions
If there's a concept you wish we explained, a tool you wish existed, or an asset you wish you could practice trading, we'd like to hear it.

What we can't help with
We cannot give personalized financial advice. We're not licensed financial advisors, and we can't tell you what to buy, whether to sell something, how to allocate your portfolio, or what's right for your specific situation. Questions like these are best directed to a licensed professional who can review your full circumstances.
We also can't help with issues at real brokerages — if you have a problem with an account at another company, contact that company's support directly.
Privacy
StockCraft doesn't have user accounts, and your practice portfolio and other in-app data stay on your device. If you email us, we'll obviously have your email address and whatever you write — we use it to respond to you and nothing else. For full details, see the privacy policy linked in the app.
